Bold Commerce

Bold Commerce is the repeat commerce company — six Shopify apps that are powerful alone and unstoppable together. The story had grown well past what the old site could hold, and the Sanity CMS setup made every change a ticket.

I led the redesign around a single idea — “built for the buy-again” — and rebuilt the information architecture so each app has room to sell itself while the platform narrative stays front and center. Merchant logos, real customer proof, and a scrolling capability band do the convincing above the fold.

Then the whole site moved from Sanity to Lovable in eight weeks: pages rebuilt, content migrated, and a component system put in place so the marketing team can ship pages without engineering.
